Stone House Baby Shower
Beautiful Adrienne is going to be a mom! She celebrated with an intimate champagne brunch at one of my favorite venues, Stone House at Stirling Ridge!
Usually, at Stone House, I shoot in the ballroom, but it was so nice to shoot in their gorgeous dining room for a change. Look at the beautiful light and stone details.
I also love that Adrienne had an intimate affair with all the important women in her life sitting together at the same table, family style.
Adrienne is obviously having a girl- and all the pretty pink details make my heart so happy.
The events that I do are getting more beautiful and elaborate everyday. My strategy is to shoot my events like I do my weddings and really tell the story of the couple and the day. This is trickier to do during a 2 hour event than an 8 or 10 hour wedding day. For this reason, I decided to bring along Joanna from Hazel Dust Studio to help style the details while I focus on photographing the guests. It worked out really well since I love shooting the details, but didn’t want to waste a whole lot of time styling in another room and missing the party.
