Iconic. Enchanting. Romantic. Nostalgic. Dreamy. These are a few words that describe Nick and Nicole’s late summer Spring Lake Golf Club wedding day. First, they were married in a Greek Orthodox ceremony complete with crowns, chanting and dancing before heading to Spring Lake Golf Club for the big affair. Nicole looked unbelievably stunning in her Mira Zwillinger wedding dress. Guests danced the night away to music by Element, an NYC band under the twinkling lights of the tent. It was such a lovely way to spend an August night.
Bride Morning at Spring Lake Golf Club
If you are not familiar with beautiful Spring Lake, New Jersey, it is the perfect spot for a wedding. Nicole and her girls got ready at Spring Lake Golf Club which has the most beautiful spaces with white walls and plenty of natural light.

Even though Nicole and Nick were having a church wedding, they had a first look at the golf club so they could travel to the church together!
We did photos at Spring Lake golf club before heading to the church in Toms River.
Spring Lake Golf Club Wedding: The Ceremony
Nicole and Nick got married in a Greek Orthodox Church. I love Greek weddings! The church is always so beautiful. My favorite park is when the priest adorns the bride and groom with crowns and they circle around the altar.
The next stop was divine park before heading back to the golf club for sunset photos and cocktail hour! Divine Park in Spring Lake NJ is the perfect location for not only wedding photos, but also engagement session photos. I recommend it quite a bit because you can get a park like setting and with just a one minute drive, you can also have photos at one of the most beautiful beaches on the east coast.
Nicole did not have a formal bridal party. She had a maid of honor and Nick had a best man stand by them at the altar. Nicole asked her best friends to wear pink and we still took some fun, bridal party style friend photos!

Tented Wedding Reception
Nicole and Nick chose not to have a traditional wedding reception. First of all, they opted for an indoor cocktail hour and an outdoor, tented wedding reception. They also chose not to have introductions, dances, parent dances, a first dance, or even speeches. They did have an amazing band, Element Music, from the city, that kept their guests on the dance floor all night long! It was truly a dream wedding and they are the sweetest people! Their wedding decor was beautiful with tons of candles and white florals. An outdoor wedding is my favorite because the light is so beautiful! The tent created the perfect backdrop for photos, inside and out!
