This beautiful couple was married on a gorgeous summer day. I started the day at a cute little bed and breakfast for bride details before heading to the church for the ceremony. The couple opted for a traditional aisle moment in a presbyterian church, near the groom’s hometown. His family has been getting married in that church for generations and I can see why! It is a cute little white chapel- the perfect place to say, “I do!”
A Day of Travel
From there, we drove down to Poughkeepsie to celebrate at the iconic Grandview, which overlooks the Hudson River. I have shot there before so I was looking forward to exploring a little bit more during Bride and Groom portrait time. We wandered down by the river and got some amazing shots by the bridge!
